They will appear in both, the demo and the final game UwU in… some capacity. Unfortunately I can’t tell you more. But yes! The OCs who are in the Demo will make a return.
Name: Razor the Hedgehog
Age: 16
Gender/preferred pronouns: Male, he/him
(He’d probably fit the role of a random male villager best)
Short description of personality: Razor’s a bit odd. His life’s been rough, he’s easily excitable, but also easily frightened; all his emotions are pretty much cranked up to 11 at all times. He isn’t initially afraid to act strangely in public or in front of someone he just met, but once someone starts staring, he becomes a little lump of anxiety. I often say he acts like he’s 6 or 7 most of the time, so if that helps, cool. It’s a bit hard nailing down his personality in a short paragraph, so if need be, please message me? He has a very specific vibe and I love him to bits.
Hobbies: Drawing (poorly), watching movies, going on walks, generally hanging around outside. He infodumps about small nature things like how cool that shadow on the wall looks when you do this specific thing just right. He also likes collecting small objects and stuffed animals.

Instead of just being a random male villager this boy and one other character are going to be quite close with the Demo’s protagonist whom you’ll meet next week.

I… am going to assume that you meant to ask if you can submit an OC you don’t want us to post on this blog. In which case. Yes you can. That’s why the submission form has a line asking you if you’ll allow us to post your submission or not. <3 I’m sorry if that wasn’t very clear.
You -do- however have to be okay with your OC being drawn by our artist and being in the visual novel. If you do not wish the OC to be credited to your tumblr blog in the credits in the end please also give us a name to credit you with. <3

But we’re adding a WHOLE BUNCH of our OCs specifically FOR the story. So there’s gonna be new characters, yes. None of them are Sonas though.
Applications are open until the end of December. Some positions have been filled already with characters that were just an instant “YES”, or characters that we need before December but we’re taking our time filling the rest to give you guys time to send us your applications.

Well for that particular reason we included this:
into the recruiting post.
However aside from promising that and saying that we really just love OC’s and want to give them more of a platform we can’t do much to assure you of this.
So if you don’t trust us with your OC then that is entirely alright and the choice to submit an OC to us or not is also entirely yours.
Though here is a thought: We put a lot of love and work into this project. This entire Game means a LOT to us and naturally we want it to do well. But a game cannot do well without publicity and finally the people who play it. So if we start stealing OCs (I’m not even sure how that would work to be honest but let’s just say hypothetically we start stealing OCs) then the internet would call us out on it and we would lose everything we’re currently working so hard to achieve.
So if we went and stole people’s OCs we’d be hurting ourselves more than you, because you can still prove that the OC is yours and we’d be entirely in the wrong. So you wouldn’t really lose your OC but go through a lot of grief, and we would lose everything we’re working for. By all means, that just doesn’t sound like a desirable outcome for anyone.
So, again, it is entirely your choice whether you want to send us your OC or not, but you have our word, as stated in the disclaimer above, we own none of the OCs and will treat them with the utmost respect <3

You guys are amazing
We’re getting so many wonderful OCs in already. I just wanted to let you all know. We’re LOVING them. You’re all so creative and amazing. It’s going to be so hard to pick only some of them.
I just wanted to say thank you all for contributing. Without your help Mobius would be really empty and bland.

No, I’m very sorry. UnU There will be no human or humanoid characters besides Doctor Eggman in Sonic and the True King.
