Including Blaze here you’ve now seen them all <3 They also let me separate the asks by tags. Sonic, Silver and Tails are for answering questions. Rouge is for questions I can’t properly answer due to spoilers, and Blaze is to say thank you <3
No, Halloween doesn’t happen in the VN. But, while I can’t promise anything yet, I might have some spooky scary ‘skeletons’ ready for halloween anyway.
That aside, the VN definitely has a spook or two. After all the fate of the world is on the line!!!

The simple answer is: Because they are the 6 main characters of Act 1. There is another 7 main characters in the game, but I couldn’t use them for the cover as they’re exclusive to the Game’s Act 2. And everything in Act 2 is massive spoilers.
I was debating to put the Protagonist, aka. the player character, onto the cover image but, in all honesty… I couldn’t work out how to make it look nice, considering the Protagonist is an anonymous character.

The main focus of the game will be on the adventure aspect of the story, but in Act 2 there will be 3 established ships between major characters, not involving the protagonist however.
One that is hidden and will require you to keep a sharp eye open to spot it.
One that is relatively obvious but in no way plot relevant.
And one that is important to the plot in a way.
There is also going to be couples amongst the NPCs you meet, like an elderly married couple in a village, or something along those lines. There is definitely going to be one NPC couple that pops up in a quest. There may be more in other, minor quests that haven’t been written yet, though.
TL;DR: You will not be able to date anyone, but there are some of the characters you meet that are already in established relationships.
